Confirm Your Booking

Please contact us 2 weeks before your reservation to confirm your booking. 


Hotel check-in time is from 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday and before 12pm on weekends and public holidays. We offer early check-in upon request free of charge (subject to availability). If you are arriving after 5pm please notify reception so we are can organize a late check-in for you. Check-out time is 10am. For early check-outs there is a key return box located at reception and in the carpark. Late check-outs are available at an additional charge (subject to availability). Please check with reception- prior arrangement only.


Identification and Bond~

For safety and security purposes we require all guests to provide valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license) and a credit card upon check-in. A $300 security bond upon check-in is required for the security of your room - credit card authorisation may take up to 5 business days to clear after departure.

Guests are required to leave the apartments in a tidy manner, or you may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to, or losses in the apartment. Management has the rights to charge back any damages or losses in excess of the $300 security bond to the provided card to cover these expenses.

Credit Card Surcharge~

Please note a non-refundable credit card surcharge of 2% is charged on credit card transactions, this is not charged on bond authorisation's. Payments can also be paid directly into our bank account. Bank account details can be found on your invoice when booking is made. 


No Party Policy and Quiet Hours~ 

Please note Redvue Holiday Apartments operates a strict no party policy with quiet hours between 10pm and 6am. We cater to diverse groups of people from couples and families with small children, to corporate employees. For this reason, we ask you to respect our other guests and residents. Call-out fees will be charged for noise complaints and management reserves the right to evict any persons in breach of any policies without refund if required to attend your room.

Redvue has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities and drug use. Immediate eviction will occur if this policy is breached. No refund of accommodation or bond will be provided. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Management reserves the right to evict any persons behaving in an unruly manner. 


Cancellation Policy~

In the event of a guest wishing to cancel the booking, any amendments or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for a refund of the deposit. Guests who reduce their stay once in-house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid for. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.

Lost Property ~

Any items left behind by a guest, shall be returned on request and his/her expense. If we do not receive such instructions, we will store the items for a period of 30 days. After this time, if you have not contacted us regarding the lost property, we are authorised to give away the items to a charity of our choice or dispose of the items as we see fit. We do not store perishable or illegal items or substances.

All our apartments are non-smoking. An excess cleaning fee of $200 will apply.

Good To Book (GtoB) ~

We are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers (STAPs) (‘GtoB database’). We will use the GtoB database to search your name and the names of guests booking or staying with you at our accommodation.

If we find an entry on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond).

We cannot check the accuracy of the GtoB database nor can we disclose to you any information on the GtoB database or the STAP who uploaded the information, as this information is confidential. The information on the database is used for evaluative purposes so accommodation providers can decide whether to enter into a contract for accommodation with you or not. Any concerns you have with the GtoB database will need to be discussed with GtoB directly. You can contact GtoB via email at admin@goodtobook.com.

We accept no liability for our use of the GtoB database, including any reliance we make on the information contained on the GtoB database, even if the information uploaded is incorrect.

We may also upload information to the GtoB database if you cause damage or harm to us, our staff, guests or our property during your stay. Providing we are not negligent, we will not be liable to you or any other person for any consequence arising from the upload of information to the GtoB database by us.

Additional Fees and Charges~

- $180 fee for lost/unreturned keys

- $70 for callouts before midnight

- $100 for callouts after midnight

- $200 excess cleaning or for smoking in apartments
