Terms & Conditions

Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay

Online Check-in ~

Guest will receive an email before their arrival date with a link to our secure online check-in portal. Guests are required to complete this process before arrival. Anyone having difficulty should phone our reception during office hours to provide details. Late arrivals cannot be processed without first completing the process. Guests are required to:

  • Provide credit card details for security hold
  • Upload a photo of the guest's ID    
  • Ensure details & contact information is correct
  • Include an expected arrival time

Identification & Security Bond ~

At check-in, guests will be asked to provide a photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) and credit card details.

  • A security bond will be held on your credit card and released after departure (Apartments $300 | Studios $200) . Apartments must be left tidy. Extra cleaning, damage, or losses will be charged at management’s discretion. Any costs exceeding the $300 bond may be charged to the provided credit card.

Arriving & Departing ~

Check-in: Rooms are available from 2.00 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability & must be requested in advance.

Check-out: Guests are required to vacate rooms by 10.00 am. Keys are to be returned to reception or left in our secure key return boxes located at reception & in the car park. Late check-out is available by prior arrangement only, at an additional charge and subject to availability.

  • Guests are asked to leave the apartments in a tidy manner. This includes disposing of all rubbish (garbage chutes are located on each level) and washing up of kitchen items.
  • Guests may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to or losses in the apartment.
  • Management has the right to charge back any damages or losses in excess of the $300 security bond to the provided card to cover the

Smoking Policy ~

Our entire complex is non-smoking. Smoking & vaping is prohibited throughout the building, including balconies, pool & BBQ area. A $200 excess cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.

Guest Conduct ~

For the comfort of all guests and residents, Management asks that the following be observed. Management reserves the right to evict guests in breach of these policies without refund.

  • Redvue has a strict No Party Policy:
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Excess noise will not be tolerated. Call-out fees apply for noise complaints.
  • Illegal activity & drug use: Zero tolerance. Breach will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Guests must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Unruly behavior may result in eviction.

Lost Property ~

Items left behind can be returned at the guest’s expense. Items are stored for 30 days unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items may be donated to charity or disposed of. Perishable or illegal items will not be stored. Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guest property, except where required by law. Liability, if any, will be limited to statutory requirements.

Cancellation Policy ~

  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival dates - Deposit is refundable.
  • Less than 7 days’ notice - Full accommodation cost will be charged.
  • No-shows - Full booking amount will be charged.
  • Early departure - No refunds for unused nights once checked in.
  • Cancellations for bookings through booking.com, Expedia, etc must be done through the booking channel.

Good To Book (GtoB) Database ~

We are members of Good To Book (GtoB), a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers. We may check your name (and that of your guests) against the GtoB database. If a record is found, we may:

  • Refuse your booking (any payments will be refunded), or impose additional conditions (e.g., higher security bond).
  • We cannot disclose information stored in the database as it is confidential. We accept no liability for the accuracy of the database or for consequences arising from its use.
  • We may upload information to the database if you cause damage, harm, or misconduct during your stay. Concerns must be directed to GtoB at admin@goodtobook.com

Additional Fees & Charges ~

  • 2% surcharge applies to card payments (AMEX 3%) 
  • Lost/unreturned keys: $180
  • Call-outs before midnight: $70 
  • Call-outs after midnight: $100
  • Excess cleaning costs &/or smoking inside apartments: $200
