General Information How do I get into the building after hours? Your set of keys have a security fob. This is generally the small round disc. You will need to use this fob to access the building after hours by tapping it near the access reader at either the front or back door. You will also need to use your fob to activate the lift to get to your floor.Which lift do I use – the red or the yellow? We have two towers in the building – red and yellow. The yellow tower is located at the rear of the building and the red tower is close to reception at the front of the building. If you have a yellow key tag you are staying in the yellow tower. If you have a red tag, you are in the red tower. Fobs will only work in the tower you are staying in.How do I check out early?There is a key return box located in the foyer next to the reception desk and in the carpark as you exit. If you are leaving via the carpark, you will need to use your remote to open the garage door before dropping your keys in the key return box.What is your “No Party/Quiet Hours Policy”?For the comfort and enjoyment of all residents and guests, we have a no party policy with quiet hours between 10pm and 6am. Moving inside your unit and closing the doors helps reduce noise. Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.&nbsp;Where do I put my rubbish and recycling?There are garbage chutes on each of the floors for your general rubbish. Please don’t put cardboard boxes including pizza boxes in the chutes as they will block the chutes causing them to smell.General rubbish bins and recycling bins are also located on the ground floor carpark accessible from the foyer door near the vending machine.We also participate in “Containers for Change”. You will find bins for these on the ground floor car park near the general and recycling bins. All funds are donated to local charities.What do I do if I hear the smoke alarm?There are fire exit stairs in both the red and yellow towers. Do not use the lifts. Exit through the stairwells until you get to the ground floor. Do not re-enter the building until you are advised. Fire exit plans are in each of the foyers.Are there surveillance cameras onsite?Yes, we have 24 hours video surveillance for the safety of all guests and residents.Do you have free WiFi?We certainly do. The details are provided on your check in letter.How do I get to the Airport?Redcliffe is approximately 30kms from the Brisbane airport. There are a number of operators that can take you to the airport. Please check with reception and we can make a booking for you.&nbsp;ParkingDo you have onsite parking?Yes, we have secure undercover parking for one vehicle per apartment. The parking is located on 68 Sutton Street Redcliffe directly opposite St Mary’s church. Each apartment is allocated a carpark depending on the tower you are staying in. If you have a yellow key tag, please park in any carpark with a yellow dot. If you have a red key tag, please park in a carpark with a red dot.You will find a garage door opener on your tag.The carpark has a clearance of 2.3mt. There is also parking on the street in front of the building and several visitor carparks.On-site FacilitiesDo you have a gym?We have an onsite gym which is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily. We ask that you wipe down any equipment after you use it.Is there a BBQ available?We have a lovely outdoor area located near the pool with outdoor tables and chairs and a BBQ. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights then right down Anzac Parade and left onto Redcliffe Parade. Walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Mon Komo is the closest offering a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, drinks and cocktails. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights. Where can I take my kids to entertain them?Settlement Cove Lagoon is a community swimming &amp; wading pool with picnic shelters, BBQ areas, playgrounds &amp; showers. It is open until 6pm daily and is located on Redcliffe Parade. Head out the front door, turn left towards the roundabout on Anzac Parade then head towards the water.There is also Undersea Putt and Play in Blue Water Square on the corner of Anzac Parade and Sutton Street. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights. Walking distance of about 5 minutes.Are there any markets nearby?The Redcliffe Markets are our iconic seaside market on every Sunday morning. They feature an array of stalls selling art and crafts, farm fresh produce and fresh baked goods. Online check-in~A link will be text / emailed to guests the day before arrival, requesting them to complete our online check-in form. Guests should ensure contact details are correct at the time of booking to ensure they receive updates for their reservation.Smoking &amp; Vaping ~Our entire property is NO SMOKING including apartments and balconies. An excess cleaning fee of $200 will apply if there is evidence of smoking.Check-in/Check-out~Hotel check-in time is from 2pm-4pm Monday to Friday and before 12pm on weekends and public holidays. We offer early check-in upon request free of charge (subject to availability). If you are arriving after 4pm please notify reception so we can organize a late check-in for you. Check-out time is 10am. For early check-outs, there is a key return box located at reception and in the car park. Late check-outs are available at an additional charge (subject to availability). Please check with reception- prior arrangement only.Identification and Bond~For safety and security purposes, we require all guests to provide a valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license) and a credit card upon check-in. A $300 security bond upon check-in is required for the security of your room - credit card authorisation may take up to 5 business days to clear after departure.Departure ~Guests are required to leave the apartments in a tidy manner. This includes disposing of all rubbish (garbage chutes are located on all levels) and washing up of kitchen items. Guests may be charged for extra cleaning at the discretion of Management. Guests will be held liable for any damage to or losses in the apartment. Management has the right to charge back any damages or losses in excess of the $300 security bond to the provided card to cover these expenses.Credit Card Surcharge~Please note that a non-refundable credit card surcharge of 2% is charged on credit card transactions; this is not charged on bond authorisations. Payments can also be paid directly into our bank account. Bank account details can be found on your invoice when booking is made.&nbsp;No Party Policy and Quiet Hours~&nbsp;Please note Redvue Holiday Apartments operates a strict no-party policy with quiet hours between 10pm and 6am. We cater to diverse groups of people, from couples and families with small children to corporate employees. For this reason, we ask you to respect our other guests and residents. Call-out fees will be charged for noise complaints and management reserves the right to evict any persons in breach of any policies without refund if required to attend your room.Redvue has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities and drug use. Immediate eviction will occur if this policy is breached. No refund of accommodation or bond will be provided. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Management reserves the right to evict any persons behaving in an unruly manner.&nbsp;Cancellation Policy~In the event of a guest wishing to cancel the booking, any amendments or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date for a refund of the deposit. Guests who reduce their stay once in-house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid for. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.Lost Property ~Any items left behind by a guest, shall be returned on request and his/her expense.&nbsp;If we do not receive such instructions, we will store the items for a period of 30 days. After this time, if you have not contacted us regarding the lost property, we are authorized to give away the items to a charity of our choice or dispose of the items as we see fit. We do not store perishable or illegal items or substances.Good To Book (GtoB) ~We are a member of Good To Book, a risk management database for Short Term Accommodation Providers (STAPs) (‘GtoB database’). We will use the GtoB database to search your name and the names of guests booking or staying with you at our accommodation.If we find an entry on the GtoB database, this indicates that there was some problem caused by you, or one of your guests, at a previous accommodation you have stayed at. Based on information on the GtoB database, we may refuse to accept your accommodation request or booking (and will refund any money you have paid) or we may impose additional restrictions on your stay (for example, an additional security bond).We cannot check the accuracy of the GtoB database nor can we disclose to you any information on the GtoB database or the STAP who uploaded the information, as this information is confidential.
