General Information How do I get into the building after hours? Your set of keys have a security fob. This is generally the small round disc. You will need to use this fob to access the building after hours by tapping it near the access reader at either the front or back door. You will also need to use your fob to activate the lift to get to your floor.Which lift do I use – the red or the yellow? We have two towers in the building – red and yellow. The yellow tower is located at the rear of the building and the red tower is close to reception at the front of the building. If you have a yellow key tag you are staying in the yellow tower. If you have a red tag, you are in the red tower. Fobs will only work in the tower you are staying in.How do I check out early?There is a key return box located in the foyer next to the reception desk and in the carpark as you exit. If you are leaving via the carpark, you will need to use your remote to open the garage door before dropping your keys in the key return box.What is your “No Party/Quiet Hours Policy”?For the comfort and enjoyment of all residents and guests, we have a no party policy with quiet hours between 10pm and 6am. Moving inside your unit and closing the doors helps reduce noise. Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.&nbsp;Where do I put my rubbish and recycling?There are garbage chutes on each of the floors for your general rubbish. Please don’t put cardboard boxes including pizza boxes in the chutes as they will block the chutes causing them to smell.General rubbish bins and recycling bins are also located on the ground floor carpark accessible from the foyer door near the vending machine.We also participate in “Containers for Change”. You will find bins for these on the ground floor car park near the general and recycling bins. All funds are donated to local charities.What do I do if I hear the smoke alarm?There are fire exit stairs in both the red and yellow towers. Do not use the lifts. Exit through the stairwells until you get to the ground floor. Do not re-enter the building until you are advised. Fire exit plans are in each of the foyers.Are there surveillance cameras onsite?Yes, we have 24 hours video surveillance for the safety of all guests and residents.Do you have free WiFi?We certainly do. The details are provided on your check in letter.How do I get to the Airport?Redcliffe is approximately 30kms from the Brisbane airport. There are a number of operators that can take you to the airport. Please check with reception and we can make a booking for you.&nbsp;ParkingDo you have onsite parking?Yes, we have secure undercover parking for one vehicle per apartment. The parking is located on 68 Sutton Street Redcliffe directly opposite St Mary’s church. Each apartment is allocated a carpark depending on the tower you are staying in. If you have a yellow key tag, please park in any carpark with a yellow dot. If you have a red key tag, please park in a carpark with a red dot.You will find a garage door opener on your tag.The carpark has a clearance of 2.3mt. There is also parking on the street in front of the building and several visitor carparks.On-site FacilitiesDo you have a gym?We have an onsite gym which is open from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily. We ask that you wipe down any equipment after you use it.Is there a BBQ available?We have a lovely outdoor area located near the pool with outdoor tables and chairs and a BBQ. The Moreton Bay Regional Council website is a great source of information on things to see and do during your stay at Redvue Holiday Apartments.Where are the restaurants and bars?Redcliffe Parade has a large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars including Italian, Mexican, Pizza’s, Kebabs, fish and chips, patisseries. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights then right down Anzac Parade and left onto Redcliffe Parade. Walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Mon Komo is the closest offering a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, drinks and cocktails. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights. Where can I take my kids to entertain them?Settlement Cove Lagoon is a community swimming &amp; wading pool with picnic shelters, BBQ areas, playgrounds &amp; showers. It is open until 6pm daily and is located on Redcliffe Parade. Head out the front door, turn left towards the roundabout on Anzac Parade then head towards the water.There is also Undersea Putt and Play in Blue Water Square on the corner of Anzac Parade and Sutton Street. Head out the back door and turn right towards the lights. Walking distance of about 5 minutes.Are there any markets nearby?The Redcliffe Markets are our iconic seaside market on every Sunday morning. They feature an array of stalls selling art and crafts, farm fresh produce and fresh baked goods. Something for everyone!What other recreational activities are there to do in Redcliffe?There is always something happening on the Peninsula. Apart from the numerous public activities that take place, the Redcliffe Peninsula region offers a range of attractions to see and things to do including Bee Gees Way, whale watching and dolphin cruises, day trips to Moreton Island, skydiving, golfing, tennis, lawn bowls, and water sports (boating, fishing, diving, kayaking to name a few).How far are you from Brisbane city and how can I get into the city?We are located about a 45-minute drive from Brisbane city. Online Check-in ~Guest will receive an email before their arrival date with a link to our secure online check-in portal. Guests are required to complete this process before arrival. Anyone having difficulty should phone our reception during office hours to provide details. Late arrivals cannot be processed without first completing the process.
